Douglas
J. Daniels, President and CEO:
Mr. Daniels has 22 years experience in medical device
businesses. He most recently served as CEO of VeinRx, a division of Syntheon
LLC. Most of his career was spent at Boston Scientific Corporation, where
he held several positions in marketing, business development and sales
with the Microvasive Endoscopy Division, culminating in Vice President
& General Manager. He has introduced many products to the device market
and holds several patents on minimally invasive devices.

Paul Kowalski, Vice President - Sales & Marketing:
Mr. Kowalski has over
21 years experience in the medical equipment market with both small and large
companies. Prior to joining HydroCision, Mr. Kowalski held senior sales and marketing
positions with ReproMedix, Boston Medical Technologies, Becton-Dickinson, MDI
Instruments, and Bausch and Lomb.

Kevin P. Staid, Chief Technical Officer and VP Application Development:
Mr. Staid has over 20 years medical device experience
in product development and manufacturing. Prior to helping found HydroCision,
he worked in engineering and operations positions at Bard, American Surgical
Technology, Johnson and Johnson, and Andover Medical.

John C. Miller, Chief Operating Officer:
Mr. Miller has over 25 years experience in manufacturing
and operations, including the last nine in medical devices. Before joining
HydroCision, he was Director of Operations at Smith & Nephew Endoscopy.

James H. Hill, Vice President, Quality, Regulatory
and Clinical Affairs:
Mr. Hill has over 20 years of experience in quality
and engineering, with over 15 years in the medical device industry. Most
recently, he served as Director of Quality Assurance at ABIOMED.

Patricia A. Van Blarcom, Chief Financial Officer:
Ms. Van Blarcom has over 20 years experience at all
financial levels, from Internal Auditor to Controller to Chief Financial
Officer, most recently at MicroSpring Company, a manufacturer of medical
devices, recently acquired by MedSource Technologies.
