Rick has over 25 years in the Medical Technology product and service industry. During the last 10 years, he has focused on private equity and family office owned companies in executive leadership and board governance roles. He was the CEO for Alpha Source, a Baird Capital company, and North America CEO for ArjoHuntleigh, a portfolio company of Getinge. He also served as a Board Director for EndoscopyMD, Tenacore, Alpha Source, and MediBeacon Inc, and currently serves as Board Director for Tensentric. Earlier in his career, Rick was a Division President for two Covidien business units—EMEA Medical Products (now Cardinal Health) and Americas Medical Imaging (now Guerbet). He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, and has completed executive education programs at University of London, Babson College, and the University of Chicago.
