Powered by HydroDrive Technology, the SpineJet Hydrosurgery
System is a precise surgical system designed for easy set-up in the operating
room and provides reliable performance during spine surgery procedures.
The
SpineJet Hydrosurgery system utilizes the reusable Power
Console with foot pedal activation, SpineJet
XL and SpineJet
MicroResector disposable handpieces and tubing assembly
in conjunction with sterile saline and standard waste receptacle
(not supplied) for maximal effectiveness and minimal cost.
How the Handpieces Work
The
SpineJet System is available with a variety of handpieces
designed for specific spinal procedures. Both SpineJet XLs
and SpineJet Resectors use the Venturi Effect created by high
velocity saline jets to cut and then vacuum targeted tissue.
